The therapeutic and natural beneficial benefits of relaxing in a concentrated steam environment are well documented, going back 2,000 years to ancient Rome.  However, the practicality of replicating a natural steam spa, plus the installation of the necessary equipment has not always been economically and physically viable - available to only the very wealthy.

The steam generator utilizes superior quality materials in order to ensure a long apparatus working life, plus backed up with a complete spares and support team in South Africa.  Whilst, using the best materials is important to your customers, the universal design configuration enables flexibility for different applications, whilst retaining economies of manufacturing scale to ensure that the costs of the generator is affordable to everyone.  Existing shower enclosures may with minor modification be converted into a state of the art steam shower.  Steam cubicles may be installed in an existing bathroom, or even installed outside, in an enclosed area.

Installation within 6m of the steam delivery point is straightforward but not recommended for the DIY market.  Instruction guidelines enclosed with each tank is provided, requiring connection to a domestic water outlet, a drain and a direct electrical supply.  The Steam Generator can be wall mounted internally in a vanity cupboard or clothing closet, in the ceiling void, or even externally (but will need an additional protection from the elements for external positioning).  A floor drain is essential within the steam enclosure for condensation due to the cooling steam.  Rudimentary plumbing skills will be required, but being a fixed electrical appliance, a qualified electrician is required to sign off the installation.

Due to the harsh nature of the water in South Africa, we recommend that a biennial maintenance program of the Steam Generator which can be undertaken by one of our trained installers.
